Bring a domain you already own — domains are purchased separately through a registrar. Shepherd Sites doesn't sell domains. Every plan includes a free yourministry.shepherdsites.com address.
Simple, honest billing
No contracts and no surprises. Change your plan whenever your ministry does.
- Upgrade anytime — the change is immediate and you're only charged the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period.
- Downgrade anytime — your current plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then it switches automatically.
- Cancel anytime — you keep full access through the end of your paid period, then your site moves to the free Starter plan.
- No refunds — we don't bill for unused time, and payments already made aren't refunded for partial periods.
Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're only charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep the features you've paid for until then.
Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes! The Starter plan is completely free — no credit card needed. You get a professionally designed single-page website and a yourministry.shepherdsites.com subdomain at no cost. Upgrade to Pro any time to add the sermon hub, ministry listings and leadership profiles.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. On Pro and Premium you can connect a domain you already own — we'll help you set it up. Domains are purchased separately through a registrar; we don't sell them. Every plan also includes a free yourministry.shepherdsites.com address at no cost.
What if I need help setting up?
Our support team is here to help. We offer onboarding assistance with every plan.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. The price you see is the price you pay. No setup fees, no cancellation fees.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no long-term contract. Cancel anytime with one click.
