Understanding plans and billing

ShepherdSites offers multiple plans so your website can grow with your ministry. You can review and manage your plan under Account → Billing.

What plans affect

Every plan includes your core website — homepage, sermons, and events. Higher tiers unlock additional capabilities such as online giving, a custom domain, email marketing, and other growth features. If a feature shows a lock or an upgrade prompt, it's available on a higher plan.

Managing your subscription

1. Open Account → Billing.
2. Review your current plan and what it includes.
3. Upgrade or change your plan there — upgrades apply right away, while downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

Common questions

• Will my content disappear if I change plans? No. Your content stays put; changing plans only affects which features are enabled.
• Why is a feature grayed out? It's part of a higher tier. Upgrading unlocks it immediately.
• Where are my receipts? Billing history and payment details live in the billing section.
