Setting up online giving

Online giving lets your members support your church anytime, from any device. You'll set this up under Growth → Giving in your admin dashboard.

How giving works

ShepherdSites connects to a giving provider that securely handles the actual payments. Your church's funds and donor information stay with that provider — ShepherdSites simply adds a clean "Give" experience to your website and points it at your account.

Connecting giving

1. Open Growth → Giving.
2. Enter your giving provider details as prompted.
3. Save. A Give option then appears in your site navigation for visitors.

Good to know

• Giving is a secure, provider-hosted process — sensitive payment details are never stored on your website.
• Once connected, the Give link appears automatically across your site.
• Online giving availability can depend on your plan — see Understanding plans and billing if you don't see the option.
