Managing contacts and form submissions
Last updated September 15, 2026
When someone fills out a form on your website — a contact message, a plan-a-visit request, or an event RSVP — their submission is saved to your dashboard so nothing gets lost. You'll find these under Engagement.
Where submissions go
Every form on your public site feeds into your admin dashboard. From there you can review each submission with the person's name, contact details, and message, and follow up however you'd like.
Following up well
- Plan-a-visit requests are your warmest leads — reach out quickly to welcome a first-time guest.
- Contact messages may include questions or prayer requests; route them to the right person on your team.
- RSVPs help you plan attendance and prepare for events.
Growing your email list
If you connect email marketing, visitors can opt in to hear from you when they submit certain forms — turning a one-time contact into an ongoing connection. See your email marketing settings under Engagement to enable it.
