Adding sermons and media

Your sermon archive lets members and guests revisit messages and share them with others. You'll manage messages under Content → Sermons.

Adding a sermon

1. Choose Add sermon.
2. Enter the title, speaker, and date.
3. Add your media — paste a video link (such as a YouTube or Vimeo URL) or an audio link.
4. Optionally add a description, scripture reference, and sermon notes.
5. Save as a draft to keep working, or publish to make it live.

Audio, video, and notes

You can include a video, audio, or both — visitors get a player right on the sermon page. Notes appear as formatted text below the player, which is a great place for an outline, discussion questions, or key verses.

Keeping it organized

• Use a consistent title format so your archive is easy to scan.
• Publish messages soon after the weekend while interest is high.
• Draft ahead of time — you can prepare a sermon page before the media is ready and publish it later.
